Hans Petter Amundsen Klohs, acting Chief Executive Officer (born 1967)

Mr. Klohs has been acting CEO of GC Rieber Shipping since August 2010 and before this he was CFO of the same company. Mr. Klohs serves as board member of various companies within the GC Rieber Shipping sphere. Mr. Klohs holds a bachelor degree from Norwegian School of Management and an MPhil. in international finance from University of Glasgow. Before joining GC Rieber Shipping, Mr. Klohs worked with financial risk management in Nordea Bank ASA and Odfjell ASA. Mr. Klohs is resident of Bergen, Norway. Arnstein Øvsthus, Chief Operating Officer (born 1962)

Mr. Øvsthus has been with the GC Rieber Shipping company since 1997 and has held various management positions. As of February 2007 he has been COO of GC Rieber Shipping. Mr. Øvsthus is educated as Naval Engineer from the Royal Naval Academy and also has one year of study in Business Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH). Mr. Øvsthus has done service in the Royal Norwegian Navy as Chief Engineer and as Superintendent onshore. Before joining the GC Rieber Shipping company Mr. Øvsthus worked for Nutec in various management positions, primarily with subsea technology and operations.
